The park is donating a seasonal lot while CrossRoads RV supplies their luxurious Hampton destination trailer. CrossRoads RV Operation Appreciation

Banana Boat - YUM!

Split a banana down the middle, add as many chocolate chips and mini marshmallows as you can fit.  Wrap in foil and put on the grill for 5 mins or until melted - Enjoy!!

Star Jars

A really neat craft for your children this summer - Star Jars.  Simply take Mason Jars and splatter glow in the dark paint on the inside of the jars and let dry. Capture the stars and make unique night lights!

Hobo Campfire Dinners

If you've never tried Hobo dinners while camping - you're missing out!!

Thinly slice carrots, onions, and potatoes.  Tear off a 12” strip of tin foil.  Place a hamburger patty on the foil.  Place a layer of vegetables on top.  Add salt, pepper or other spices to your liking.  Fold the foil over the top and bottom.  Fold up the corners so it won’t leak and place on the coals, hamburger side down.  It should take 20-30 minutes depending on the heat of your coals.  When done, open it up and use a knife and fork to eat directly from the foil.

Want that barbeque flavor for your Hobo?  Put a squirt of BBQ sauce on the hamburger before you put on the vegetables.
